We can produce envelopes to any size, wallet, pocket, diamond flap, window, self-seal, gummed or strip seal.

We are best suited to small to medium run lengths or when quick turn around is needed.

For automatic make up we need a minimum 150gsm material and 20% print overs, as the production process can be quite wasteful.

DO'S & DON'T'S WITH ENVELOPES:

Do call us for a laydown diagram

Do supply maximum overs, say 20% on a 10,000 quantity run.

Do use a good quality stock, 80gsm does not make a good envelope, matt or art is fine as is a cartridge paper.

Don't seal the sheets, envelopes are best produced using untreated paper, if you must seal please call for advice.

Don't print solid ink on make up glue flaps or the sealing flap; this seals the glue from getting through to the paper. Do not use Metallic inks unless you really have to! The metal content of the ink can upset our drying process, again if in doubt please call.

All we require is a positive film guide.
