Latex is the self-seal glue that is commonly used on self-seal envelopes. We can apply a pattern or all over coating for blister packs, self-seal mailers, closed mail shots, pill packs, coin cards etc.

We can apply any pattern on any sheet size from A4 (297X210) up to B1 (720X1020). All we require is a positive film guide or a marked up sheet showing the area to be latexed.

We can also latex 100% coverage on single cards on our COATER this method has major benefits over latexing in sheet form as the cards can be cut and stripped in the conventional way and then coated and packed straight in to a carton, apertures and euro slots can be stripped first of "knicked" in well.

Stencil latex:
Minimum size: A4
Maximum size: B1
No grip required.
Minimum weight: 100gsm
Maximum weight: 700gsm

Coater:
Minimum size: A7
Maximum size: A3
Minimum weight 300 micron~

Please contact us with your requirements.
